Workplace Evaluations typically take approximately 5 business days, while most Workplace Planning + Design projects take approximately 2–3 weeks. Timing varies based on project size and complexity, and we'll confirm your anticipated timeline before we begin.

When something requires technical verification by an architect, engineer, code official, accessibility specialist, landlord, or another professional, we’ll flag the concern and recommend the appropriate coordination rather than making promises outside our scope.

SE Workplace is not an architecture or engineering firm. We focus on workplace strategy, interior planning, design, furniture, and related coordination.

If your project includes walls, doors, major finish changes, millwork, plumbing, lighting, power, data, permitting, or other building modifications, an architect, engineer, contractor, or other licensed professional may be required. We can help identify that need and coordinate with your project team when included in our scope.
